Other natural ingredients that can be used as natural spider repellents are chestnuts, walnuts, and horse chestnuts. The aroma of these plants contains a substance that the spiders hate, so they run away from it. Place several chestnuts on the windowsills and the critters, and the spiders will be gone away.
