If your period blood resembles “a strawberry jam” in color and texture, or if it has light pink appearance, then your estrogen levels are probably too low. This can contribute to dryness of the vagina, low libido, and even fatigue. Women who gave low estrogen levels usually experience patchy periods which are not that regular and are frequently late.
Finally, if your period blood has a nice saturated and red color and resembles “cranberry juice”, then your period most likely starts and ends on time. Nevertheless, if your period is of this type, then you need to be always on the lookout for premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
Frequency of Your Period
