This Guy Thought There Was Something Wrong With His Nose. What The Doctor Pulls Out? OMG!

Often times we think that we have seen everything these modern times can offer. Many media, one of which is the Youtube Company, as well as numerous other video streaming sites are packed with never-ending supply of almost instantaneous video footage and are available to people from all over the world.

The cyberspace is full of crazy video clips and just as much shocking, gross videos that you can think of. We have seen spiders living in people’s ears, live maggots being eliminated from woman’s lip, and even if they are gross, we still must check them and see them. It is in our nature, we are being taken into these unfathomable things and we always think that we can’t believe something we haven’t seen.

This video is one of those examples; you need to see it in order to believe it. It is very bizarre and disturbing on so many levels.

It is a video of a man sitting in a chair at the doctor’s. He has been waiting to be examined about his nasal infection or a mucus buildup, as he thought that this is his problem. After the doctor had examined his nasal cavity, he used a bright light and narrow forceps into his nose. Just a couple of seconds later, after he had made some adjustments, he took out a huge botfly, the reason of this guy’s pain and despair.

These creatures, especially the adult ones, very often use humans or animals to be hosts for their parasitic larvae. The larvae then hideaway under the skin and are very often unnoticed. They stay there because they are well accommodated, feeding on the host’s flesh and grow larger and larger.

These parasites can cause numerous problems in people, and we are not talking about just discomfort and pain. Very often they cause infections in people or lead to anaphylactic shock. Also, further incisions should be made so that they are removed from the host’s body and a large enough opening should be created.

We are sure that many questions will be posed in your head after you see this video. For example, how this enormous mass of snot and fly wasn’t notices earlier by the man and why did he wait so long to check what’s causing the pain?

Don’t you think that if you had a wriggling and irritating larva that constantly grows in your nose you would have notice it? Wouldn’t it drive you mad?

How did this man get this ugly parasite? Most frequently, these botflies are transmitted around jungles areas, like Costa Rica for example. But why doesn’t the video say anything about that? In the end, you’ll be glad that this wasn’t you and you’ll learn that every time something weird starts to happen in your body, you’ll need to visit your doctor right away.
