Begin by a free weight in each hand, having your hands on the ground at the sides. Bring your arms up in a angle of 90 degrees and stay in that position for several seconds. When you can’t handle this position anymore, drop the weights down and take a few seconds to pause before you repeat this.

Aloe vera is an herb that naturally strengthens the skin. The massage with aloe vera gel alone is a kind of workout for the muscles and it tones your breasts. Almond oil is also beneficial for this, because it improves the blood circulation.

You should take in sufficient quantities of proteins for your breast muscles. Your body needs some crucial nutrients like minerals, vitamins and calcium.
