Rest Your Eyes With These Useful Exercises
If your job consists of long hours looking at the computer, then these exercises are exactly what you need. With their help you will be able to relax your eyes, before proceeding with your job.
Repeat each of these exercises five times:
1. Keep your head still, take a deep breath and look towards the ceiling. Breathe out and look at the floor.
2. Inhale and look to the right, then exhale and return your eyes to the middle. Then, inhale again and look to the left.
3. Inhale and look in the upper left corner then exhale and look in the bottom right corner. After repeating this exercise five times, repeat with the other two opposite corners.
4. Make five circular movements with your eyes on one side, then the other.
