Wash the lemons well and cut them into pieces
Peel the garlic cloves and put them in a blender with the ginger and the lemon pieces

Pour the mixture into a metal bowl and add the two liters of water
Put the mixture on heat until it starts boiling
Before the mixture achieves its boiling point, remove it from heat
Leave the mixture aside and wait for it to cool off

- Have one glass of this beverage a day, on empty stomach, two hours before meal
